So, jetzt aber zu den ernsten Themen des Lebens.
Ach, doch lieber nicht.
Nein, mal was anderes.
Wie viele von euch wissen, ernähre ich mich seit einigen
Jahren mittlerweile vegetarisch.
Dazu schrieb ich vor Jahren auch einmal einen Rundbrief,
aber den finde ich jetzt einfach nicht mehr.
Hat den noch wer? Mir bitte zusenden.
Titel ist irgendwie “Warum Tom Vegetarier ist”.
Argumente für ein Leben ohne Fleisch gibt es zahlreiche.
Argumente für den Fleischkonsum konnte ich bisher keine
entdecken.
Ich hielt es also vor etlichen Jahren für schlichtweg
logisch, Fleisch komplett von der Speisekarte zu streichen.
Da meine Frau das genau so sieht, war die Umsetzung noch
einfacher.
Das ganze lief nun über viele Jahre und in der Zwischenzeit
hat sich die Welt weiter gedreht.
Vor einigen Monaten überkam mich dann eine gewisse
Lethargie. Das kam schleichend und ist sehr schwer zu
beschrieben. Irgendwie war alles gleich. Alles in Ordnung.
Ich hatte Verständnis für jeden und alles – es war das Ende
einer Meinung, das Ende von Konflikten.
(Wenn jetzt Aussenstehende sagen: “Davon hab ich aber
nichts gemerkt” dann kann ich das gut glauben – ich habs
aber so empfunden)
Ich weiss, in einigen spirituellen Kreisen ist so ein
Zustand gewünscht. Der Ausbruch aus der Dualität?
Wobei ich hier nicht zu dick auftragen will.
Aber mir war nicht wohl dabei.
Dann spielte mir das Schicksal den Ball zu:
Ein Depp bedrängte mich mit Hilfe eines Anwalts, der auf
Abzocke spezialisiert ist.
Die Streitsache war ein Kasperltheater, aber juristisch
durchaus verwertbar.
Tatsächlich hatte ich auf einer alten Homepage in den AGBs
Passagen, die im Laufe der letzten Jahre überholt waren
bzw. nicht mehr zulässig. Ich schrieb z.B., dass der
Gerichtsstand Wartenberg, mein Wohnort, sei. Das geht
mittlerweile nur, wenn man mit Kaufleuten zu tun hat, nicht
aber bei Geschäften mit Privatpersonen.
Ja, so essentielle Dinge eben – die kein Mensch beachtet
und von dem keiner einen Nachteil hat. Aber ist Gesetz
eben.
Also Gut, der Trottel hat das also ausgegraben und ich muss
bezahlen. Habe ich getan und darum gebeten, dass er beim
nächsten Mal, falls er was sehen würde, mir bitte eine
einfache Email schicken möge, dann können wir das ohne
Kosten und ohne Anwalt regeln.
Keine Reaktion.
Zwei Wochen später der nächste Schrieb vom Anwalt – wieder
eine unbedeutende Kleinigkeit, die nicht wirklich klar ist.
Also schalt ich wieder meinen Anwalt ein, der berät mich
kostenintensiv und wir stellen fest, das man über das Thema
trefflich streiten könnte.
So stand ich also vor der Wahl:
Nachgeben oder kämpfen?
Ich hatte bereits nachgegeben, aber weil sich da so gut
Geld mit verdienen lässt, wurde ich wieder angegangen und
würde ich also wieder nachgeben, könnte ich wohl damit
rechnen in zwei Wochen wieder einen Brief vom Anwalt in der
Post zu haben.
Der Schwachsinn musste aufhören.
Einige Tage tat ich mir richtig leid.
Es war nun schon viele Jahre Ruhe in meinem Leben. Leben
und Leben lassen – so ging das nun schon längere Zeit und
alle waren gut bedient damit.
Meine Gedanken kreisten um das Thema.
Ich sehe mich nie als Opfer – aber warum um alles in der
Welt passierte mir das jetzt? Wo ist der Sinn?
Ich suchte mehrfach Kontakt zur Gegenseite – aber ans
Telefon ging keiner, Emails und Faxe kamen garantiert an,
wurden aber ignoriert.
Ich wollte vernünftig sein. Logisch. Erwachsen. Reif.
Was will mich das Schicksal lehren?
Sollte ich geduldiger sein? Dem Agressor mit Liebe
begegnen? In mir ruhen und lächeln?
Dann kam der dritte Brief.
Man wollte noch mehr Geld und ich würde meinen Anwalt
wieder fragen müssen, wie der Sachverhalt eigentlich zu
beurteilen sei, denn “Recht und Gesetz” hat oftmals
erstaunlich wenig mit dem echten Leben zu tun, so dass man
als Laie gar nicht ermessen kann, ob die gemachten Vorwürfe
überhaupt ansatzweise Sinn machen.
Das reichte.
Jetzt war schluss mit Friede.
Schluss mit “normal miteinander reden”, Schluss mit sich
vernünftig zu verhalten und logisch vorzugehen.
Jesus hält bekanntlich auch die andere Backe hin und Jesus
hats echt drauf. Aber bin ich Jesus?
NEIN!
Wenn dieser Schmarotzer auf normales Reden nicht reagiert,
dann ist es Zeit, eine universelle Sprache zu sprechen:
Es ist Zeit, ein paar Arschtritte zu verteilen.
Mein erster Weg führte mich zum Biobauern meines
Vertrauens. Hier haben wir die letzten Jahre immer Käse
gekauft.
Ich holte mir ein ein riesiges Stück feinstes Rinderfilet
und knallte es meiner vegetarischen Frau auf den Tisch.
“Mach Essen, Frau!”
“Ach, du isst jetzt Fleisch?”
“Jaaa!”
“Warum?”
“Muss jemandem in den Arsch treten – benötige
Agressivität!”
“Das find ich gut.”
Und sie machte mir ein gigantisches Stück Fleisch in der
Pfanne mit etwas Öl, Salz, Kräutern und nichts.
Auf Beilagen verzichtete ich.
Am nächsten Tag stand ich wieder beim Biobauern und kaufte
ein, aber keinen Käse.
Gleichzeitig sagte ich meinem Anwalt Bescheid, dass wir den
Schmarotzer jetzt angehen. Erstens streiten wir vor
Gericht. Zweitens fand ich auf seinen Seiten ebenfalls
winzige Kleinigkeiten, die zwar keinen interessieren, aber
eben nicht zu 100% den aktuellen Gesetzen entsprechen.
Post von meinem Anwalt und eine dicke Rechnung war am
selben Tag noch unterwegs.
Da waren wir schon mitten im Kindergarten.
Und siehe da: Schon erhielt ich die erste Email. Endlich
konnten wir beginnen, direkt miteinander zu sprechen und
diesen Wahnsinn vielleicht endlich stoppen.
Leider entwickelte sich noch kein Gespräch – meine Emails
blieben weiterhin unbeantwortet.
Denn noch war der Gegner in einer stärkeren Position:
Mein Anwalt verlangte kräftig Gebühren (von mir!),
wohingegen sein Anwalt aufgrund einer wenig legalen
Konstruktion kostenlos arbeitet.
Ein Hirschragout später konnte ich auch das lösen, indem
ich den werten Herrn ganz unjuristisch im übertragenen Sinn
an den Eiern packte. Autsch.
Sofort erhielt ich eine Email, man möge sich doch ein wenig
unterhalten, hier sei seine private Handynummer, lassen sie
uns doch telefonieren.
Beim Gespräch stellte sich dann heraus, dass ja alles wohl
nur ein grosses Missverständnis war (aha…) und huch, so
habe er es ja nicht gemeint und was sein Anwalt da genau
macht, weiss er ja gar nicht und vielleicht könnten wir in
Zukunft ja zusammenarbeiten und eine riesige Kooperation
machen und und und.
Seitdem ist Ruhe.
Nicht dass wir uns jetzt mögen würden – aber es herrscht
Waffenstillstand. Es gibt da draussen genug arme Schweine,
die sich nicht wehren können, daher besteht kein Grund
mehr, mich anzugehen.
Mein Fleischkonsum hat sich auch normalisiert.
Ich esse ausschliesslich Pflanzenfresser (auf keinen Fall
Schwein! Die Juden und Moslems dieser Welt werden schon
ihre Gründe haben.) und nur von Quellen, die ich persönlich
kenne.
Die Menge ist auch sehr bescheiden mittlerweile – die
Wochen der grossen Steaks waren schnell wieder vorbei.
Meiner Erfahrung nach macht Fleisch also wirklich agressiv.
Es gibt weiterhin sehr viele und sehr gute Gründe, sich
fleischlos zu ernähren. Und es gibt objektiv keine Gründe,
es nicht zu tun.
Aber das Leben ist einfach mehr als das, was man in Worten
beschreiben kann.
Was lernen wir also daraus?
Kein Fleisch ist auch keine Lösung?
Quatsch.
Der Anwalt gewinnt immer?
Ja, schon eher.
Also meine persönliche Lehre war, dass das Leben ein Fluss
ist und es heute so aussieht und morgen anders.
“Richtig” ist “richtig nur für mich und nur jetzt”
Für andere und/oder zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt sieht das
ganz anders aus.
Und nur weil die andere Backe hinhalten prinzipiell eine
gute und richtige Sache ist und es in den meisten Fällen
souverän und toll ist, seine Feinde mit Liebe zu bedenken,
so ist doch für manche Menschen in manchen Situationen
einfach besser mit Dreck zu werfen.
Im Leben geht alles ineinander über. Es gibt gewalttätige
Veganer und liebevolle Fleischfresser. Der Kampf kann eine
hochspirituelle Sache sein und der Frieden ein dumpfer
Mist, bei dem alle verlieren. Wer verliert, kann gewinnen
und manchmal sieht der Gewinner ziemlich alt aus.
Ich verabschiede mich mit dem Jahr 2009 auch aus den
Sichtweisen für “richtig” und “falsch”.
Führt mich 1kg Rinderfilet am Ende noch aus der Dualität?

Aggression ist zunächst nichts anderes, als die Energie, die notwendig ist, zur Durchsetzung sehr berechtigter Lebensinteressen.
Ich wünsche Ihnen, daß sie zu deren Ducrhsetzung zukünftig kein Steak mehr brauchen, sondern diese Energie aus sich selber ziehen können.
